• We Are Looking for a Philanthropic Talent: System Analyst

    We are hiring a System Analyst who is responsible for establishing data architecture and systems to enable easy access to relevant and timely information and deploying technology to address organisational needs, improve workflow and reduce inefficiencies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and improve data architecture, databases, and repositories to support analysis, impact measurement, and easy access to information
    • Review current IT systems, workflows and overall IT environment to identify gaps, and implement scalable process improvements to reduce inefficiencies
    • Work with teams to understand needs and translate them into system requirements; recommend suitable solutions and support vendor selection and implementation
    • Plan and execute testing, manage issue follow-up, and coordinate with developers/IT parties to deliver system enhancements and rollouts
    • Provide user support, including troubleshooting, escalation of defects/enhancements, and ongoing user guidance/training
    • Prepare and maintain system documentation, user guides, and analysis reports
    • Prepare and monitor budgets for IT and system-related subscriptions, licences, and hardware
    • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • University degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in system analysis, application development, or IT solution delivery
    • Strong alignment with the Foundation’s values, vision, and mission
    • Technically strong with sound business acumen; able to work effectively with both business users and technical teams
    • Proven experience in implementing, optimising, and testing web-based applications; knowledge of UX/UI principles is an advantage
    • Structured approach to problem-solving with the ability to think strategically and “out-of-the-box”
    • High level of ownership, self-motivated, and collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, AI tools, and operating systems
    • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
