Future Education in Action (FEiA), a programme initiated by The D. H. Chen Foundation and curated by Ednovators, has shown through its 2020 to 2023 experience that life and career exploration is not a one-size-fits-all journey. To truly help students discover their interests, we must collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including the business community and parents.
How can these sectors deepen their connections and put cross-sector collaboration into practice? How can the academic community better support teaching teams, strengthen teachers’ professional capacities, align with subject-based learning, and offer more holistic life and career exploration? We believe every stakeholder has a vital role to play in this shared journey of discovery.
By embracing an open, inquisitive, and experimental spirit, we can walk alongside young people and help them navigate challenges in a rapidly changing world.
